- Factor Analysis Query:

- I have recently read a number of papers on the topic of factor
- analysis/eigen-image analysis of dynamic (i.e. time-varying) medical
- images, by authors including Barber, Bazin & Di Paola, Houston, Samal,
- Unser and Van Daele. I am interested in collecting comments from
- anyone who uses or has tried to use these methods to analyse
- scintigraphic or other time-varying functional images. Is there any
- (portable) software easily available for this kind of analysis?. I am
- especially interested in methods of correcting factor images for
- background that are automatic and do not require any operator
- intervention.
