  15. I have recently read a number of papers on the topic of factor
  16. analysis/eigen-image analysis of dynamic (i.e. time-varying) medical
  17. images, by authors including Barber, Bazin & Di Paola, Houston, Samal,
  18. Unser and Van Daele. I am interested in collecting comments from
  19. anyone who uses or has tried to use these methods to analyse
  20. scintigraphic or other time-varying functional images. Is there any
  21. (portable) software easily available for this kind of analysis?. I am
  22. especially interested in methods of correcting factor images for
  23. background that are automatic and do not require any operator
  24. intervention.
