  13. claiming that he has resolved P=NP.  The title of one of his 3 papers
  14. is called

  16. "A polynomial-time procedure for resolving the graph isomorphism problem."

  18. The others are titled "N=1" and "A polynomial time solution to the
  19. Travelling Salesperson Problem"
