  12. At the time the Bieberbach conjecture was proved, I heard mention that
  13. de Branges was planning to publish a revised and substantially expanded
  14. edition of his book on Square Summable Power Series.  To the best of
  15. my knowledge, no such thing as ever appeared.  Does anyone have any
  16. information about this?
