  32. The reason for wanting a newsgroup specifically on the subject
  33. of NNs and Natural Language is that, whilst it does appear
  34. occasionally as a topic in the newsgroups Martin mentions, it
  35. does not feature as regularly as it probably would if it had a newsgroup
  36. of its own. A lot of people have contacted me since I first sent out
  37. my append, so there would appear to be a market for it, to use
  38. Thatcher-speak.
