- =o= If by "it" you mean air pollution, no, it's not really
- getting better. It's true that cooler weather has yielded
- cleaner air statistics in some urban areas, but that's not
- the same thing at all.

- =o= For one thing, cooler weather isn't the overall trend, but
- a localized abberation. For another, measuring cleaner air in
- certain places doesn't mean there's less pollution going into
- the air (there is in fact *more*), it merely means that the
- pollution is going elsewhere.
