  19. =o= If by "it" you mean air pollution, no, it's not really
  20. getting better.  It's true that cooler weather has yielded
  21. cleaner air statistics in some urban areas, but that's not
  22. the same thing at all.

  24. =o= For one thing, cooler weather isn't the overall trend, but
  25. a localized abberation.  For another, measuring cleaner air in
  26. certain places doesn't mean there's less pollution going into
  27. the air (there is in fact *more*), it merely means that the
  28. pollution is going elsewhere.
