  19. This idea was first proposed to the public in the GE exhibit at the 1939
  20. Worlds Fair in New York along with the idea that in the future every
  21. house would have a nuclear generator in the basement. Nothing has
  22. been done with the idea since.

  24. Policing the use and distribution of these generators would be a
  25. nightmare. What's to prevent a kid from sawing one open in a jr. high
  26. shop class?
