  24. Oh, but this would be part of the solution!!  Don't you see?  The water
  25. wouldn't be wasted, it would be injected into the air where it would
  26. become part of the natural cycle of things and enhance the rainfall!
  27. And if EVERYBODY drove a steamer, just think how much more rain that
  28. could make !!!  ;-)
