  31. I believe that it's pretty standard fare and nothing to get really
  32. excited about.  They basically want to have first crack at potential
  33. patents, but aren't really interested in anything that isn't a part
  34. of their core business.  Motorola probably requires it from the janitors
  35. because requiring it of one class of employee and not of another may
  36. seem prejudicial.   I'm sure that they would not be interested in
  37. persuing a patent on that example.

  39. I work part time for RS and if the forms were taken literally, I can not
  40. do programming work at home for GM Research or for ANY other employeer.
  41. I cannot even do contract programming.  I really gave them a hard time
  42. over that one.  We finally came to a mutual agreement (sigh!).
