- Note that the DTMF tones are standardized world-wide, UNLIKE dial
- pulse. Now, not everyone uses ABCD or even * and #, but the tones are
- the same. That's an improvment worth noting. Otherwise, every country
- would need their own version of the Touch Tune Songbook......
