  13. Hello. I have a question.  I want to build and sell some of the wireless 
  14. miniature fm transmitter mics you see advertised in mags.  I want to 
  15. hook up an enless loop tape player to it.  Will this be legal?  I will 
  16. be transmitting only on dead air.
