  10. I have been given a blown up hard disk drive. When I had a thorough look at 
  11. this beast I found a FET with a wee hole in it. I figure that it is at least 
  12. worth a try to try and replace this transistor to see if the drive will go 
  13. again. Ihave found out that the FET is an HITACHI D-pack power FET and the 
  14. code (before it got blown off) was J132 Y, Ihave rang our New Zealand agents 
  15. it is not one they stock, it is not one they have tech info on, and if I 
  16. wanted one I would probably have to buy 200 (damn wholesalers)
