- I just got some specs for the MC68HC16Z1, and it looks like there is only a
- PQFP / PQFP in a molded carrier ring package available. My question is,
- how would one go about prototyping (read wirewrapping) with one of these?
- Are there sockets available which take these devices? Or am I going to have
- to construct a small daughter board to mount it on?
