  13. I would like to Hook mySoundblaster to the phone line without getting in trouble
  14. with the phone co. The idea is to be able to speak into my microphone have the
  15. pc do something and put the sound out over the phone line. I also want to be able to receive from the preson at the other end of the line who also has a 
  16. soundblaster. 
  17. I do not know much electronics but can soulder a few wires if needed and buy a few
  18. parts.
