- Hi!
- Philips (and probably Telefunken too) produces a special SECAM to PAL
- conversion chip. The name is TDA 3592, and you will need a 64 microsec.
- glass delay line and an about 470 nanosec. delay line and a couple of
- coils and a quartz (think it was 8.86 MHz).
- The application circuit is given in Philips' catalog on
- video IC-s.
