- I have an old telephone (circa 1963, from the dates stamped inside) that works
- in every way except that it doesn't ring when someone calls in. Sort of like
- the ringer is turned down, but I checked that, of course.

- Surely the wiring has changed since then - I understand that there used to be
- 3 wires/line and now there's 2 wires/line. Maybe with a little redirection
- of the internal wiring I can get the ringer to work?
