- I went into RS about a year ago to buy an ammeter. They had a sale price
- on the shelf by the display unit. When the entered the part number into
- their computer, the regular price came up. When I enquired about it, they
- said that the sale was over a couple of days ago, but that since the sale
- price was still posted, they would honor it. The sale price made it a
- fair deal instead of a ripoff (overpriced). I had to say something, but
- there was no hassle whatsoever after that. They did ask if I wanted to
- purchase the extended warrenty (I declined) and also asked me for my phone
- number (I declined). No hassles - this time.
