  12. I need help identifying a transistor I pulled out of an UPS.  I have four
  13. of them and am wondering if they're worth keeping.

  24. The entire back is metal the package is plastic.  The manufacturer is
  25. Mitsubishi.  There is a label above the pins that says TYPE QM50HG-H and
  26. NO. 90AC1.

  28. What is it?  What's the rating?  What is it good for?
