  11.   I'm working on an engineering design project to solve a problem of
  12. interference with wireless microphones in lecture halls at my school.
  13. I know that Radio Shack sells a device which uses a modulated infrared
  14. beam to transmit from a stereo to a pair of headphones and was wondering
  15. if anybody manufactures a similar device for wireless microphones.
  16.  
  17.   In other words, I'm looking for a wireless microphone which does not
  18. use radio frequencies.
  19.  
  20.   Is such a device available? If so, who manufactures it and what price
  21. does such a system go for?
