- Your on the right track. Unfortunately, to modify a video signal you need to
- separate the video info from the sync pulses, modify the video, then mix the
- sync back in. Check out the video scene switcher project by Graf/Sheets in
- the November 89' Radio-Electronics. This has the basic circuit you need.
- They also did a special effects generator (R-E 9/87, 10/87) that may have
