- Check out this month's issue of Radio-Electronics. In
- it, they describe how to build various high voltage devices,
- including a "stun gun" similar to the type used by police
- officers. It looked pretty neat, and I am planning on building
- it: you will need about $20 in parts. P.S. don't electrocute
