  26. Why bother?  I mean, does the FCC actually police that kind of thing?
  27. How many PC's are sold in warehouse and deptartment stores now?  Are
  28. they class A?  Just how does the FCC get involved with the sale of
  29. electronic equipment?  Like, is it illegal to sell something that
  30. doesn't have an FCC Class?  How many mom & pop computer stores are
  31. building pc's from the case up?

  33. The FCC may have some teeth as far as dealing with your local TV or
  34. radio station, and it may even shut down a pirate, or someone running
  35. a 1000 watt CB rig, but what can they do as far as consumer electronics
  36. (computers) goes?  If someone wants to market a pc, or a limited production
  37. device for lab or research work, do they really (I mean, *really*) have to
  38. worry about FCC hassles?  (UL and CSA stuff is a different thing).
