  13. Just an informational note, kind of related...I was going nuts because my
  14. cordless phone, which used to work fine, started giving me prohibitive
  15. amounts of hum, noise, and interference...couldn't figure it out, then one
  16. day it worked great but went bad again in the evening, so I knew it was
  17. intereference....went around turning things off and on until I discovered
  18. the new circular fluorescent lamp with electronic instant-on type ballast
  19. was kicking out tons of interference - made my guitar amp noisy, too.  Any
  20. quick way to kill this?  (My boss says drop a small cap across the AC at
  21. the lamp....)
