- sampling rate of CD ROM", since a CD ROM can contain anything - the sampling
- rate of a dictionary or map doen't make much sense...

- Info regarding sample rate conversion can be found in any of the standard DSP
- texts. In general, conversion from one rate to a higher rate can be done with
- insignificant information loss, provided that the word length is long enough.
