  10. Does anyone have experience using the 1990 March CPS?  I may have a 
  11. problem with my data.  There is supposed to be a unique identifier
  12. for household, family and person records which is five characters
  13. in length begining in field 2.  This means that there should be a
  14. minimum of 3 lines with the same household id.  When I look at the
  15. data each household id is different.  Any suggestions
