- Be a nice chap and don't misuse the term "model rocket" when you are talking
- about something that is not legally a model rocket. It will not only keep
- the politicos happier with us, but will save you from a lot of grief when
- you discover that all those "easy" laws and regulations you carefully complied
- with for "model" rockets didn't do you any good after all.

- "Model" rockets are legally defined for federal and (most) state laws by
- NFPA 1122.

- In short: non-metallic, with pre-manufactured solid-fuel engines, massing
