  13. Human tissues contain an enzyme (catalase) which does indeed decompose
  14. hydrogen peroxide.  Potatoes have a similar enzyme.  We use that
  15. potato enzyme in a lab on enzyme activity which I would be glad to
  16. post if there is interest.
