- I am doing a project, and would like to know if anyone out there knows how the food
- industry determines how many calories are in food items. Everything I have found
- tells how much protien, fats, etc. I think it should likely be just a bomb calorimeter
- and an efficientcy formula for how humans combust fod, but I don't know. If you have
- a refernce, that would be appreciated....
