  15. I am doing a project, and would like to know if anyone out there knows how the food 
  16. industry determines how many calories are in food items.  Everything I have found
  17. tells how much protien, fats, etc.  I think it should likely be just a bomb calorimeter
  18. and an efficientcy formula for how humans combust fod, but I don't know.  If you have
  19. a refernce, that would be appreciated....
