  11. The past few months in Sky and Telescope magazine I have been seeing this
  12. ad for a bimonthly publication called "Galilean Electrodynamics" written
  13. by a group of professors. What is the story on this group?  The editorial
  14. board is made of up of scientists and engineers (five are listed in the ad)
