- Someone recently asked why noone has commented on this quote (which I have
- deleted). I think the quote speaks for itself: (A) it's not really worthy
- of comment. The facts are there for anyone with library access (and a good
- working knowledge of several other languages) to look up. And (B) a quote
- like this is damn-near impossible to comment on anyway. The person who wrote
- it (and usually the person who brings it up, too) has no desire to hear any-
- thing other than: "Oh my God! You're right! How could I have been so
- stupid all these years?" and will dismiss as intolerance any other comment.
