- 2. I have had no such problem with my planer. It sounds like you have
- either a defect or a MAJOR misadjustment in the cutting cylinder
- itself. Probably the blades are set pefectly in relation to the
- cylinder, but the cylinder is skewed in relation to the bottom
- platform. Either something broke, or there is something that can
- be re-adjusted. At any rate, it sounds like you are in for some
- major dissassembly. I have had mine apart, it is not too hard
- to do, but I can't remember exactly how the cutting head mates to
- the guide rails. Take it apart, and you will likely find out.

- 3. The other ugly possibility is that somehow the whole casing has gotten
- damaged. Did you drop it, or hit it with anything?
