- Well, here's one data point. I have a PD230 which I bought used with,
- supposedly, about 300 jumps on it. (Rigger's inspection said that it was
- in very good shape, so I'm willing to believe the 300.) I've put about
- another 60 on it. It opens reasonably quickly but nevertheless gently,
- not like the snap & jerk I started out with on the student gear. That's
- with pro packing and NO rolling of the nose. Does that mean it's getting
- rather porous? You tell me... FWIW, I'm a little on the light side for
- the size.
