  22. video system for doing that.  I remember Deland ad mentioning that.

  24. Also you see adds in video magazines for dubbing services.  Among them,
  25. you should be able to find company to do PAL conversoin.  You might
  26. have more luck asking on rec.video.

  28. Also, since you are in Colorado, why don't you try SkyHi Visual?  I
  29. remember their order form had check box for PAL format so they should
  30. have equipment to do that.
