  12. I am interested in taking a Nitrox course and getting certified in its
  13. use.  However, I have difficulty telling which program is better, IAND or
  14. ANDI.  Could somebody who's been through one (or preferably both) give me a 
  15. "compare and contrast" kind of summary here?
