  11.   Hi. My name is Eric (Eagle Class of '88) and I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster now
  12.  with Troop 117 in Altoona, PA.  Two questions about sqaure knots:

  14.  1) How many are there, and what are they for?  I have heard several stories,
  15.      but no one seems to know for sure.

  17.  2) Which square knots are Boy Scouts (not adults, but Scouts) permitted to
  18.      wear on their uniform?  Are there any others besides the religious award
  19.      knot?
