  22. I have NOT seen any formal CFV on news.announce.newgroups on this
  23. topic; was there one posted?

  25. Also, HOW do we vote and WHAT are we voting on?  Are we voting
  26. to establish new groups, and if so, what are their names and
  27. charters?  Don't we have to vote for each group individually
  28. (i.e., we can't simply vote on reorganizing rec.scouting)?
