  17.     We are about to attempt a reorg. of our existing patrols,
  18. becaus the ages of the patrol members are too similar and there is
  19. no natural leader.  Some of the scouts I have talked to seem to 
  20. resent the idea that there will be 'new/young/little' scouts in 
  21. their patrol.  What I'm searching for is a game will emphasize the
  22. importance of having these new scouts.  The game can either be 
  23. indoors or out.
