  12. In Canada, Rovers is the section for young men and women aged 18 to 26 years.
  13. A squire is a person who is wanting to become a Rover and is on "probation"
  14. while he completes a set of requirements before he is invested.  It is a time
  15. for the squire and crew to decide whether or not they want to belong or ,in the
  16. crew's case, whether or not they want this person.
