- I haven't had frequent headaches, but I have had some pounding
- headaches, from running. What I found out was I needed to see a
- chiropractor. When certain vertebrae are out of alignment, they put
- pressure on a nerve(s) that gave me a headache bad enough, to make me
- nauseated.
