- Well, I started having a pain in my left arch and I knew that I was
- probably experiencing Plantar Facilitus (sp?), PF for short. A trip to the
- doctor confirmed that. He also told me what I expected him to say - rest
- and anti-inflammatories. Anti-inflammatories are no problem, but I'm not
- real crazy about the rest part. Anybody have any other tips on how to
- eliminate this nagging injury??
