  14. Well, I started having a pain in my left arch and I knew that I was
  15. probably experiencing Plantar Facilitus (sp?), PF for short.  A trip to the
  16. doctor confirmed that.  He also told me what I expected him to say - rest
  17. and anti-inflammatories.  Anti-inflammatories are no problem, but I'm not
  18. real crazy about the rest part.  Anybody have any other tips on how to
  19. eliminate this nagging injury??
