  20. ruddy things slowly waggles the fish suspended underneath it for about
  21. 30 seconds, blowing bubbles from the mouth and playing a musak version
  22. of "I'm forever blowing bubbles", and the entire Regent Arcade grinds to
  23. a halt as shoppers fight past gawpers.
