- You mean that *he* is to blame for that monstrosity?! Every hour the
- ruddy things slowly waggles the fish suspended underneath it for about
- 30 seconds, blowing bubbles from the mouth and playing a musak version
- of "I'm forever blowing bubbles", and the entire Regent Arcade grinds to
- a halt as shoppers fight past gawpers.
