You ought to heed your own advice, Brian. David is a hsing yi player. :)
But anyway, my real purpose in posting is to say that initially hsing yi
looked like a hard internal art to me, but recently it was demonstrated to me
by my teacher that hsing yi can also be very soft. So, I think it's most
accurate to characterize hsing yi as an internal art without further specifying
whether it's hard or soft -- because it can be either.
