  16. This seminar will cover the history of Eskrima, training on the double
  17. and single olisi (sticks) and as the Grandmaster's own style and empty-
  18. hand fighting, joint-locks, and disarms called "Pangamot".  This is his
  19. second level of Doce Pares system.
