- The form basically gets you used to the motion of the technique. It helps to
- develop coordination,and focus. When I do my forms, I try to use it to
- develop my sense of flow and help to transition from one technique to
- another.

- For practical application, we take sections of the forms out and practice
- the techniques or group of techniques as if there was an opponent.
