- Well, what I've seen and done to work on headbutting form is to throw a
- soccer ball up in the air and practice headbutting it. Once you've found
- the right spot on your head and can hit it up two or three times in a row,
- you can move on to something a little bit heavier, like a basketball, to
- work on force. It's usually a good idea to remember to tilt your shoulders
- back and not just bend the neck (owwww! neck sprains!) Put your head, neck
- and shoulders into it. Also practice on some sort of vertical pad/bag to
- make yourself aware of the adjustment from headbutting up to headbutting
- forward.
