- Question was: Information on Iron palm
-
- Booktitle: Iron palm in 100 days, approx. 70 pages.
- Author: Lee Ying-arng
- Publisher: Unicorn Press, POB. No. 2448, Hongkong
- Contents: Origin, Formal exercises, basic exercises, the 100 days method,
- the application of the palm in defence: the slapping, the throwing, the cutting,
- the stamping, the dotting method, the "All Round" method of training, which
- involves hand movements without slapping, and which the author considers
- to be able to develop the iron palm also within several months.
-
- Personally I consider this book a good reference for beginners, but it also
- has a lots of ideas for practise. The "All Round" method might as well be
- considered a Qigong exercise, "simple", but astonishing.
