  20.     Well, I am completely appalled.  I have been contributing to this
  21. newsgroup for several years.  I was actively involved in the juggling
  22. listserver BEFORE rec.juggling was even created.  Tom has brought to my
  23. attention  that some people on the net have certain ethical questions.  As
  24. an older member, I believe that it my responsibility to emphasize the
  25. philosophy behind rec.juggling to the newer members.  
  26.  
  27.     The credo, so to speak, is to aid in the learning process of juggling
  28. in any way - to ANYONE!  We DO NOT practice discrimination towards our
  29. fellow juggler.  We must strive to consider all equal.  Sex, religion, race
  30. or number of bean bags juggled must not hinder this news group╒s purpose. 
  31. We cannot grow if we submit to the simplistic and barbaric ways of
  32. ignorance.  We must rise above petty bias and prejudice.

  34.     I find this whole issue well timed.  It is no coincidence that this is
  35. brought up on the eve of the release of ╥Malcom X.╙  I think that we can all
  36. learn something from the true-to-life biography of this great liberator.
  37.  
  38.     Tom, I must apologize, I cannot withhold information from Mike or
  39. anyone and keep a clean conscience.  It is not simply an issue of pride but
  40. one of Christian ethics.  I hope that you are able to understand and that
  41. you and others on the net are able to see the point that I am making.
