- I happened to mention this subject (guns in gun cases) to a police
- officer who I know well and he indicated that a gun case creates
- the presumption of a gun and that therefore the gun is not concealed.
- Obviously, anything not originally intended as a gun case would not
- create the presumption unless extraordinary measures were taken.
