- I believe you are speaking about something with which you have
- no experience. Certainly, someone who has not practiced with a pistol
- is unlikely to do very well at 100 yards. On the other hand, I know
- quite a few people who could easily put the majority of their shots
- with ANY of their defensive handguns into the black on a B21 target
- at 100 yards. I've seen some of them repeatedly hit 55 gal drums at
- over 200 yards. This was using standard "defensive" style semi-autos
- in 9mm or .45, not some fancy single-shot hunting handgun or a SIG
- P210, or shoulder stocks, either. Maybe you should get a little more
- experience before you start calling 100 yards an "absurdly long
- distance".
