  13. I've got a friend (no really, I do) whose been looking at getting a handgun.
  14. He really wants a 9mm, but doesn't really know which is better or the best
  15. buy. Seems to be partial to the Glocks, Beretta, Sig, or Ruger. Now, I don't
  16. want to start up any old heated battles, or anything, but I DO want your 
  17. opinion about which gun is the best.

  23. BTW, just to save Bandwidth, I may as well ask another totally unrelated
  24. question. I just bought an SKS (nice gun, BTW) and fired it for the first
  25. time only a few days ago. When I got it, there was enough grease on it to
  26. relube a Mac truck, and it wasn't too much fun to clean. I thought I cleaned
  27. it pretty well, but when I fired it - after a while - sparks would fly out
  28. of the barrel. My question is, what are these sparks, and do I have to worry
  29. about them?
