- The overall length for the .357 is 1.590 inches while the 9mm 1.169
- inches. That's a lot of cylinder gap to jump. I would also assume
- that the 9mm cylinder is set up to use half or full moon clips to
- hold the 9mm cartridges in place. I wouldn't think that a 9mm would
- shoot very well out of a .357 barrel, since it is only .355.
